There are some things that I've witnessed and experienced here in Italy, that I definitely don't want to forget...
*Walking down a narrow alley in the early evening and hearing the radio tinkling out of the windows. Then, hearing women in the apartments singing along with the church music on the radio.
*Ordering something off of the menu that I couldn't identify at a little seaside restaurant in Sorrento. Delicioso!
*Topless sunbathing. Everyone should try it at least once. And, no, there is no picture proof!
*Walking down narrow alleys and finding little shrines to Mary.
*Lizards scampering across the path in Positano.
*Watching a young Italian couple have a knock-down, drag-out screaming match in the middle of the street, then kiss and make-up Hollywood-style.
*Vespa riders without helmets. People taking their dogs for a ride on their Vespa. People taking their kids for a ride on their Vespa (often the parent wears a helmet, but the kid doesn't...weird).
*Doing laundry and hanging out with a VERY Southern Texas family. The young man (30-ish) and his parents were pretty entertaining. His mom reminded me of my dad's mother...Some people just aren't equipped to deal with travel. Or things not being exactly like home...
*Taking the bus from Sorrento to Positano along the most death-defying, curvy, helter-skelter road imaginable. And watching people in tiny SmartCars and Vespas pass the bus on blind corners at about 70 mph with nothing but air on one side of the road and steep cliffside on the other - no shoulder whatsoever.
*Cappucinos and croissants (or other tasty treats) for breakfast every morning.
That's it for now...Be watching for more posts! Ciao!

Wow, someone is having a great time! Can't wait to see the pictures and proofs.
Gives me the shivers thinking about the blind corner passing. Not for the faint of heart, I guess. Sounds like you're having a fabulous time thus far!!
