Things I've learned...

I went to a wine tasting today. The wine was fabulous.

I went limoncello tasting today. Limoncello is amazing.

I tasted walnut and licorice liquers today. Yummy.

After tasting all of these tasty beverages, I've discovered that I shouldn't go souvenir shopping after drinking. I won't say what I've purchased (some of you will be receiving these gifts, after all), but suffice it to say that I've purchased some things that, sober, I would NEVER have bought. Then, I flirted with the entirety of the Sorrento Fire Department. Not just a little flirted, a lot flirted. I forgot to get picture proof - dammit - but I was having way too much fun!

By the by, those of you who are wondering whether Sorrentine firemen are as hot as Seattle firemen, the answer is yes. Unequivocally, yes. They are hot. Hotter than Vesuvius. Hotter than the Mediterranean sun. That hot.

Anyhow, I'm now fairly plastered, and have to walk my drunk butt down to the waterfront for dinner. The wine, limoncello, and othe liquers were amazing, but I think I should get something solid in my belly for the long walk back uphill.

Positano and Amalfi tomorrow! Ciao!
